 Expansion is under way!!!
Gold Beach Lumber Yard owners Reed and Chub Ringer,
signed their names on the dotted line Tuesday February
12 to became the official new owners of the old
Brookings Harbor Ford property. This facility is
approximately 3 acres with just over 17,000
square feet under-roof.
 Planning for the new store has been ongoing since
December when a verbal agreement was reached between Gold Beach
Lumber Yard and the previous owners.
In
January, General Manager Ryan Ringer and owner Reed
Ringer spent a week in North Carolina with a store
designer from Gold Beach Lumber Yard's (GBLY) respected
co-op Do It Best.
GBLY is sourcing outside efforts and
knowledge to maximize the most efficient sales floor
and property layout plans. Do It Best has over 4,400
stores nationwide and a lot of experience with what GBLY
is trying to accomplish.
